Was not convinced of my last Red strat for Spearow%

New strat : updated Sunny Day + Double Team strat

Requirements :
* Get TM11 Sunny Day : 
	- after deafeating the Rocket Team in the Radio Tower, talk to the girl on 3F
* Get TM32 Double Team :
	- get the Coin Case in Goldenrod Underground
	- buy 1,500C (30,000$) in Celadon Game Corner

Detailled strat :
* Pikachu : 	- will always spam Thunder until no PPs left
		
		- faster than Fearow with 3-DV Speed, even with Rare Candy
		  so, if 3-DV Speed, yolo X Speed on Pikachu
		  otherwise, Return to kill

* Blastoise :	- will spam Blizzard until no more PPs left
		  will use Rain Dance when the weather is different than rainy
		  will use Surf after the Rain Dance

		- 1st turn :	Double Team 	(47.50% chance to survive - 4 PP left)
		  2nd turn :	Fly		(22,56% chance to survive - 2 PP left)
		  4th turn :	Fly		(10,72% chance to survive - 0 PP left)
		- whenever Blastoise uses Rain Dance, use Sunny Day
		- use 2 X Attacks
		- if 12-DV Speed, incoming Espeon is faster
		  so if it's not done yet, use an X Speed
		- this let 2 turns left (w/ X Speed) or 3 turns left (w/out X Speed) because of Sunny Day PPs
		  * 2 turns : Double Team + Heal to full
		  * 3 turns : Double Team x2 + Heal to full

* Other :	- Return to death
