Buy 5 Supers, 2 Antidotes, 8 Repels or whatever the standard shop is. (might want to shop early before Sprout to ensure safety)

PC Heal in Azalea (Deposit Chikorita if alive) 

Rocket 1: Rock Throw + Tackle (x2)
Rocket 2: Rock Throw, Screech + Rock Throw x2
Rocket 3: Rock Throw x3
Petrel: Rock Throw, Screech + Rock Throw x2

PC Heal again if <3 Rock Throws (Deposit Chikorita if alive) 

Benny: Rock Throw x3 (Rock Tomb over Harden)

Bugsy: Rock Tomb + Rock Tomb, Screech + Rock Tomb (x2)

PC Heal, withdraw Chikorita

Rival 2: Screech + Rock Throw, Rock Throw, Screech + Rock Tomb

Teach Cut to Chikorita

Get forest Ether (s?)
