- Violet Mart (after Spearow): Buy 6 Attacks and 2 X Speeds; also sell Poke Balls to buy a Potion if needed
- Azalea Mart: Buy 4 Potions, 3 Repels and 3 Antidotes
- Skip X Speed on Falkner with 0-7 or 15 DV
- Skip X Speed on Rival 2 with 8-15 DV
- Fight these optionals: Daniel, Russell, Slowpoke Pokemaniac, Anthony
- Bugsy: Lead Mud-Slap to lower String Shot chance? Then X Attack x3 (and maybe X Speed, and if you don't get String Shot, you can be half HP for Scyther). Can equip Berry and not need X Speed, but this is quite slow
- Whitney: X Speed if you have one, Berry if not
- Goldenrod Mart:
	> 3F: Sell both TMs; Buy 1 X Speed (Morty), 8 X Attacks and 2 X Specials (Pryce, Jasmine)
	> 2F: Buy 5 Escape Ropes, 3 Repels, 2 Full Heals and 1 Poke Doll
- Kill Sudowoodo (RL+RL)
- Morty: Kenya strats (split exp.)
- Candy to 31 in Lighthouse if spinnerless, candy to 32 after Hitmons if 1+ spinner 
	> Skip Body Slam
- Jasmine: X Attack + X Special (keep Miracle Seed)
- Get 1-2 candies for Rocket section? The ranges are bad otherwise
	> Can candy from 34 to 35 for Venonats?
- Double deposit after Koffing/Weezing Executive
- Teach Return over Mud-Slap after Rival 4? Can flinch the following pokes until you get EQ:
	> Muk (?)
	> Muk

- Get Ice Path Protein
