MOON *****Zubat: Water Gun (only if balls and 4 in party) - On first repel menu, register TM Case and equip Persim Berry first - Get the Rare Candy, then the Escape Rope - Fight the Hiker (Bubble x3) - Get the Moon Stone only if you caught Jigglypuff - Rocket: WG x2, WG x2 (can save 1-2 turns if in Torrent) - Super Nerd: WG spam ROUTE 4 - Teach Mega Punch over Water Gun - Teach Mega Kick over Bubble - Do not go into grass CERULEAN CITY - Buy 3 Super Potions CERULEAN GYM - Evolve Jigglypuff if you have it, and heal to full (usually with a Super) - Misty: MP+MK, Bite+MP+Bite > With Use a Max Repel > Teach Waterfall to Omanyte > Equip Lum Berry - Rocket: DP x3 (SW Golbat with <4/x/x) - Escape Rope out - Fly to Four Island (mash A), then bike back to the boat and take it to Six Island SIX ISLAND - Bike to the right - Combine Max Repel with spinner bag manip - Bike around the valley, dodging the Hiker spinners - Cut the door open DOTTED HOLE - Drop down the first hole - Up, Left, Right, Down - After Scientist cutscene, bike out - Fly to Six Island, then take the boat to Five Island FIVE ISLAND - Bike to the right through the narrow path, and follow it to the Rocket HQ - Dodge both spinners (the walker can face all 4 directions) - Rocket: SW, Thunder ROCKET WAREHOUSE - Take the spinner going left - Move to the left and go up - After dodging first spinning trainer, take left spinner going down - Go up and dodge second spinning trainer, then take spinner to his left - Follow path going northeast - Rocket: DP x4 (X Attack with x/28/9+ if L57, x/14/a+ if L58; otherwise Thunder the first Hypno with 148+) - Executive: Thunder+DP, Thunder, DP+DP - Executive: X Spec, SW, Thunder x2 - Scientist: X Spec, SW, Thunder, SW, Thunder, SW - Equip Chesto if no Lum, then Escape Rope out - Fly back to Five Island and take the boat to One Island ONE ISLAND - Talk to Celio, then take the boat back to Vermilion VERMILION CITY - Turn mode to Shift, then Fly back to Indigo Plateau INDIGO PLATEAU - Take center - Buy at least 2 Revives and max Full Restores (about 13) ELITE FOUR (ROUND 2) - Lorelei: (Agility with With <23/x/x: X Attack, DP x2, SW+DP, switch to Blastoise, Surf+Surf (add a SW on Hitmonchan if <15/x/x) > If you need to heal Blastoise, do it turn 1 on Hitmonchan; if you need to heal Zapdos before Machamp, send in Omanyte - Heal Zapdos to full, (equip Chesto), turn mode on Set, and switch Zapdos to slot 1 - Agatha: Agility, X Spec x2, X Acc, Thunder, SW, Thunder x3 - Switch Ch'ding to slot 1, heal Zapdos, use Elixer and equip Cheri Berry - Lance: Peck, switch to Zapdos, Agility, X Spec x3, Paralyz Heal, SW, X Acc x2, Thunder, SW, Thunder x2 > With below-average Sp.
