I've just started practicing on one save file
when I get frame 180, it's either FEFF or E1E2
never gotten anything else
so it seems unlikely to be text boxes
I'm holding B for everything
gunner says he suspects it's possible to clear a text box too early and produce different RNG
that seems unlikely, but he's pretty experienced with gold toto manip
I've gotten similar behavior with the surrounding frames (178/179/181/182)

did you try save stating right after your timed A press
to make sure youre doing textboxes right
it can only be 2 things
textboxes or print letter delay
i havent had any inconsistencies so far in my toto testing
i havent paid much attention to any totos though besides frame 179

no matter what I do, it seems to be 50/50 on these 2 totos
from a save state

it's happening with both controller and keyboard
so I don't think the held B input is being dropped or anything like that(edited)
I don't see how this could be text boxes when I've done as much red extended manip as I have
