True 100% - OceanBagel's 2024 route NOTE: THIS IS A WORK-IN-PROGRESS AND ISN'T GUARANTEED TO MEET EVERY REQUIREMENT. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This route aims to prioritize consistency whenever possible, as well as difficulty ordering such that the hardest endings will be performed right after the longer breaks. This contains routing improvements over my 2022 route thanks to a few ideas from chair. This route is not designed to be the fastest route. The route forgoes several harder strats that would save time in favor of more consistent strats, and alternate branch ordering may save marginal amounts of time but at the cost of difficulty ordering that aligns with the breaks. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Rules: Complete all 93 endings, get all yellow credits, get all items (not including Dog Residue variants), beat all bosses (including So Sorry and Glyde), complete all "dates", unlock Sans' room and workshop, as well as Mettaton's house and the Annoying Dog room. Using the True 100% mod is allowed and recommended. This mod shows the name and number of the ending once you reach the end of timing for that ending. The mod is available for both version 1.001 Linux and 1.05 in the Resources tab. The required bosses are Toriel, Glyde, Papyrus, Undyne, Undyne the Undying, So Sorry, Muffet, Mettaton EX, Mettaton NEO, Sans, Asgore, Flowey, and Asriel. Beating each boss may include sparing, killing, or otherwise reaching the end condition of the boss fight. Unlocking Sans's room and workshop and Mettaton's house is defined as interacting with and unlocking the respective door. Unlocking the Annoying Dog room is defined as the final credit leaving the screen after getting no-hit credits. Getting all yellow credits is defined as all the monster credits being yellow in a single instance of the True Pacifist credits and the last yellow monster credit showing up on the screen. It is strongly recommended to show the post-credits text for all the Neutral endings. Time begins on "YES" during name select and ends on completing the last True 100% requirement. After getting an ending, you can reload or reset after timing ends for whatever main category this ending belongs to. After the 28 hour mark, and every 14 hours after, the runner will be given 3 extra breaks and 12 hours added to their pool. You may take the extra breaks before reaching the corresponding threshold, but keep in mind that these extra breaks will count against your time if you don't end up crossing the threshold. For example: a runner has used 12 hours of break time already at 24 hours into the run and decides to take a 10 hour break because they expect that they won't finish the run by the 28 hour mark.
