Silph Red Bar is a bad strat and shouldnt be used unless you get a perfect setup(Never X Special on Pidgeot) or if your run just became so bad that you have no choice

The Strat
- Dont setup X Special on Pidgeot ever
- if 100+ HP on Gyarados, use X Special(can go down to like 98 if yolo)
- If 72+(this could be too low) PP item pre fight then X Acc on Drowzee
- if 58-71 X Acc and PP item on Cubone
- Anything below that is up to you on how desperate you are for some red bar
- With 24-37 HP stall on Rhyhorn
