Hell rom notes:

Every progression item, badge, and ultra ball has been placed in specific locations to troll the player as much as possible. It will probably take 5+ hours to complete.

Normal Full Item Randomizer Extreme logic is obeyed. This means:
- Flash and Zephyr Badge can be acquired before going to a dark place.
- Fly and Storm Badge do not require Misty, Victory road, Route 44, West Kanto, or SS ticket.
- Sabrina is not in logic unless you have 7 badges.

Entering Indigo Plateau will warp you directly to the Hall of Fame without fighting the Elite 4, so visiting Ho-Oh chamber is much easier.
Red fight has been massively buffed. The lead is level 100.
I added a few minor trolls unrelated to the item placements. You will know them when you see them.
