For anything not mentioned, follow the same route as TPE Glitchless.

Ruins
- Kill First Froggit.
- Don't grind for any extra Ruins encounters.
- Get the Spider Donut.
- Do not get the Faded Ribbon.
- Do not get the pie.

Snowdin
- Get and equip the Tough Glove.
- Do not buy the Manly Bandana.
- Do not date Papyrus.

Waterfall:
- Do not get the Old Tutu.
- Get an Astronaut Food for Kindergarten Undyne.
- Do not get the Cloudy Glasses.
- Kill Temmie

Hotland:
- Do not water Undyne.
- Kill Vulkin.
- Get and equip the Burnt Pan.
- Do not drop the Tough Glove.
- Kill Pyrope (requires a quad to 1-shot).
- Do not get the Stained Apron.
- Kill RG01 and RG02 (each requires a quad to 1-shot).
- Menu buffer past the encounter in the North puzzle room (skips a cutscene after Muffet).
- Use the Spider Donut to spare Muffet.
- Buy the Cowboy Hat.

Core:
- Kill Madjick (requires a quad to 1-shot).
- Flee Astigmatism.
- Equip the Cowboy Hat during Mettaton's first phase.
- Kill Mettaton.

New Home:
- Don't save in Throne Room.
