Save manip through Mt Moon. Get Candy, Escape Rope, TM01, Moon Stone, and kill the Paras.
Moon Stone (#7, D6) before Rocket and teach Mega Punch over Leer (#1).

Note: If 3 Horn Attacks, HA + HA Grimer. If 2, one on both Grimer and Koffing. If 1, use on Grimer if bad roll, otherwise Koffing.
Take center at Cerulean, get Rare Candy.

At Safari Zone, Super Repel (#2), teach EQ (#19) over Rock Slide (#4), use PP Up (#19) on Horn Drill (#1)and Bike in Safari Zone. 
Use another Super Repel just before the grass after TM40 (Get Full Restore if had to use first one)
Dig out, Fly to Fuschia. Walk to Gym

Agatha: X Spd (#3) EQ, IB + TB, EQ, EQ, EQ | Heal to 129-140, or Full Restore to Max
Note: If Haze, can just power through. Only outsped by last Gengar (tie with Haunter)
