Other:
You use all Blizz, EQ, and HD PP between Elixir 2 and 3. If you miss a Blizzard (or it doesn't kill Rhydon), you can make this up by using EQ to kill, and then using TB + TB on Growlithe, but obviously it's a bit slower.

Blizzard missing x5 (Victreebel, Vileplume, Rhyhorn, Blackbelt Machokes x2) | ~59% of hitting all 5. ~91.85% of hitting at least 4
Drowzee Thrash range, assuming going for that
Less healing items in general
As using less Horn Drills, more chance to get unneeded crits and waste text

Viridian Rival:
Saves 3.5 seconds. Risk 2 more Blizzards. Lose chance to TB Crit Pidgeot. Add chance to crit Venusaur and not kill (69.2%)
Also can not TB + TB Growlithe to save PP as did above. So only backup is to HD.

Total: -2.5 seconds and $600 (prob a Super Potion) for 1 more Blizzard risk, and slight crit trolling. Can not re-save a Blizzard miss on Growlithe.
Note: This strat can be used with 5 Elixirs, and the 600 be enough of a push to also not sell Nugget, as you X Acc on Blackbelt as well.
