Any% Catch Exp Requirements

Happiness assumptions:
- under 100 friendship for all moon fights -> no 20% exp boost on Pika
	- for higher exp thresholds (ie L18 for koffing/rival 2), it is likelier to tick over to 100 in Moon due to having L16 or higher
	- (how many step cycles can you get? each successful step cycle is equal friendship to another levelup) with 0 step cycle friendship rolls, you need L18 to hit the 100+ friendship boost (13 levelups = +26, 1 gym = +4)
- for post-Gym thresholds, I'll assume friendship has ticked over
	- with bad step cycle RNG and low level this won't be true until after Misty, this loses 94 exp
	- goldeen 85 vs 102, psyduck 95 vs 114, starmie 288 vs 346
- quick sanity check, friendship has to tick over on Misty levelup worst case scenario
	- 11 levelups = +22, 2 gyms = +8, 2 x items = +2

- note: quick observation from a few Any% runs is most tick over between Sprout and Shrew fights in Moon by hitting L15 from catches (notably, Eevee runners get 47 exp from Sandshrew more often than 39)
