Pikipek Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon race rules

1) Race starts at tile after exiting Route 1 Pokémon Center.
2) Pikipek needs to be Level 9 without any additional experience.
3) Pikipek must not have been petted beforehand.
4) Pikipek must not have Pokérus.
5) Pikipek must not be holding any item.
6) Pikipek may have any desired IVs, natures, and either Keen Eye or Skill Link Ability.
7) Pikipek must start with 5 Speed EVs and no other EVs.
8) Pikipek must start with the move pool Peck, Growl, Echoed Voice, and Rock Smash.
9) Pikipek, Trumbeak, and Toucannon must be an opponent against every Pokémon that is being beaten in the race.
10) Other Any% rules all apply.
