Pokémon Crystal - Route 29 with different (non-)RTC0 setup testings

#1 : LID manip / no RTC0 / manip on same reset
> getting same 1st NPC patterns, but new ones (probably because no RTC0 setup) + getting encounters early or late

#2 : LID manip / no RTC0 + 6:01PM IGT / RTC0 on New Games
> no correlations so far

#3 : LID manip + RTC0 / New Games without setup + 6:01PM IGT
> some correlations, but again encounters here & there, also possibly inconsistent new encounters' spots

Temporary conclusion : keep LID + RTC0 altogether
