All trainer IDs are listed below; the first TID listed is the GBA result, the second TID listed is the GBC result.


Gold/Silver/Crystal: Hold Start through the title screen, then switch to holding A during white screen before main menu. To verify Trainer ID, go through the opening of the game and open your trainer card.

(For Red/Blue/Yellow, you must select a starter Pokemon and view its stats to find your Trainer ID.)

Yellow: Hold Start through Game Freak screen, switch to holding A before intro starts, switch to holding Start during white screen before title screen, switch to holding A during white screen before main menu

Yellow: 01134 / 03431


Red/Blue: Start holding Up+Select+B on the copyright text screen, switch to holding Start during white screen before title screen, switch to holding A during white sceen before main menu.

Additionally, there are four different input methods during the BIOS, all of which produce different RNG.


(1) No BIOS inputs
