This is a new route for Emerald manipless that involves getting the Ice Beam TM from the Abandoned Ship and the nearby Rare Candy. It saves about a minute in Winona's gym, 45 seconds on Tate & Liza, and 45 seconds elsewhere -- at the expense of about 115 seconds of extra movement. It is a considerably safer route than the old one.

		- 25+ IV Speed should buy 11 X Specials and 4 X Speeds
		- <15 IV Speed should buy 9 X Specials and 6 X Speeds
		- 20-24 IV Attack should sell 3 Poke Balls and buy 9 X Specials, 4 X Speeds and 6 X Attacks
		- If you want a safer Petalburg Gym with 25-31 IV Attack, sell balls or buy fewer X Specials/Speeds to afford 5th X Attack

- With ~23+ IV Sp. Atk, fight first battle as double (and second battle if in Torrent); otherwise fight all as singles
- Before T&L, heal out of Xatu Psychic range (but ideally not full HP)
