Pokemon Red Mew% (Almost)Glitchless Double Drill route
This category would need a glitch exception since its the only way to get mew.
iirc there are ways to get him to higher lvs so imo a rule should say that you can only perform trainerfly to get the standard lv7 one.
 
Here is the route. Especially early game, if you are low->potion, many things can go wrong.
(disclaimer:if i missed something, do as the standard red nidoking route):

    1. Pick up every potion you can. PC, the two hidden ones.  
	2. Shop after brock
	 sell:  -tm34
	 buy :  -7 poke balls
			-11 potions
			-4 antidotes 
			-1 escape rope
    
    2. Get a pidgey/spearow in route 3 (tackle, throw balls)
    
    3. OPTIONAL: You can fight the hiker (Bubblex3) before PoY start, so you will be at lv16 for rocket guy, 18 for rival and 22 for slowpoke. Rival/slowpoke0 are still rough, but rocket becomes way easier.
    	If you skip this, you miss 300$, so buy something less (2 paralyze heals or 1 super potion)

    4. Do PoY manip to get a better chance at catching mew (lv13 paras learn stun spore, poy gets you a lv12 one)
        NOTE: do standard yoloball with squirtle, select buffer with wartortle *wartortle yoloball probably doesnt work*
 
Since you center after nerd, if you get poisoned let him faint
Take the center, get IT (or not, since you will lose it most of the time), pick up the hidden Rare Candy and fight Rival

-Pidgeotto: MPx2,WG (sometimes you have to MPx3) *todo:check if WGx4 is better*
    If it sand attacks you, either kill it and let your flier die on rat, or get him into 1MP/WG range and switch
-Abra: MP

Swap paras in front, go back to the lass you used trainerfly on until the menu open by itself, close it and you will get a mew encounter.
-Mew: Stun spore, scratch x3/4, then throw balls. If you finish pokeballs, reset to abra manip.

swap option to switch,swap mew in front, teleport back with abra, take the center and go fight misty.

-Starmie: switch to mew, switch to wartortle, TWx2(TW again if xdefend), MP,MP.
 
Throw remaining poke balls, teach mew BB, then switch battle option to set
Get IT, then continue your way to bill like a standard nidoking route (start from bottom hiker):

Exit bill and teleport back. Take the center (can maybe skip if you conserve BB pp and on good hp), get IT.

(Transform strat: BBx2, if machop is still alive: Transform, Karate Chopx3.
If you crit both times against drowzee and it doesnt disable/hypnosis/confusion crit/status confusion then you save 1/2 turns.
But hey, you can actually save time by using transform)
