probably have to sell nugget regardless because Tucker and Surge give $4056

Order of Events in Celadon: Hideout, grab Fly, Shopping, Tea, go to Saffron (I think that's the least movement for Any% purposes, not sure tho)
Could also pick up the Coin Case and grab the R2 coins path and buy Abra I guess, but I think that's too much of a detour for it to be worth even if you don't have torrent after Gio 1 - also you have to commit early by entering the Lavender centre

GOAL: Blastoise outspeeds and OHKOs Raichu in Torrent (or set up +1 on Voltorb)
Tucker: WG* or WP
Surge: (X Spec if no Torrent), WG*, WG*, WP* (meme thing to check: Bite + WP Raichu without Torrent, don't think that's good cuz you get TWave if you don't get the flinch)
