Search in route 3 grass, catch encountered mankey, jigglypuff, pidgey or spearow- leave after any bird. 
Get persim if starmie water pulse does at least as much as swift. 
Catch a zubat, repel 8 encounter checks after it. Get revive, get moon stone if jigglypuff. 
BC if L16 torrent (usually the case), otherwise Josh/Rocket/Hiker as desired. 
If L17 for Super Nerd consider candy to 18 depending on current hp and speed iv.
Get the great ball, learn Mega Kick over Withdraw. Go to Route 4 if no spearow (catch encountered rat/ekans unless this runs you out of balls). 
Potion twice and candy to 20 for Misty (Learn Bite over Water gun). 

Misty->Surge:
Misty: Bite x2, Bite (+ Tackle) + Bite
Water Pulse over Tackle (Heal if necessary). 
Get Elixer, Oran Berry and Ether. Ether Kick as needed. 
4 Super Potions, 3 Para Heals, 6 Repels. 
Candy to 27 for Boat rival. (Candy to 28 after Boat rival if level 26 is better for hp setup). Boat heal after fight. 
Save for cans. WP x2 Raichu (MK for second hit if not getting torrent off shockwave).

Surge->Koga:
Elixer after jigglypuff girl unless 1MK. (Do repel timing strat).
Search route 10 if 21+ hp + early pika w/ great ball or 3+ pokeballs. Set power plant fly point if no early pika. 
Get hidden PP up, Coin case, hideout nugget, PP up and calcium. Get net ball and nest ball. 
4F: Sell PP ups, Nuggets, Calcium, Buy 2 Fire Stones 1 Thunderstone 1 Leaf stone
5F: 4 X Attacks, 6 X Speeds, 22 X Specials, 5 X Accs and 3 Guard Spec
Swap Chding to 1 after Lav rival. Peck + Nest Ball (if curse then great ball if have it). Swap Blastoise back to 1 and repel. 
Fuchsia Mart: Buy 11 Ultra Balls
Safari Zone: Get leaf stone, full restore, protein, (max revive + max potion), teeth, revive, surf. 
 - Go to area 3 unless have venonat OR have both nidos and eggs.
 - Don't search Venonat/doduo or Rhyhorn/Paras 

Koga-> Sevii:
Heal out of torrent and fly to power plant if no early pika, otherwise fly to pallet.
Mom heal (unless no status and can tank a koffing boom then max elixer and do shockwave strats on mewtwo).
- If have nest ball: nest ball L14 or lower tentacools, (if breaks out weaken + ultra ball). Otherwise weaken + ultra ball. 
- If no nest ball: weaken L9+ tentacools and ultra ball. Net ball 8 or lower. 
Get moon stone if both nidos, get carbos, elixer and blizzard. (If 16-20 speed get iron, sell iron not carbos and use carbos). 
Equip blackglasses on mansion rope menu, teach blizzard over bubble if have net ball,
teach blizzard over water pulse if no net ball and never having paxton torrent. 
 - Growlithe search if only koffing + raticate.
Do early ponytaland if helps for torrent. 
Island mart: Sell Protein and Carbos; buy 13 Ultra Balls, 2 Hyper Potions, 6 Escape Ropes and 2 Max Repels
X Spec Aroma Lady if (high) torrent. Otherwise Acc Blizz 

Sevii->End
Get Omanyte, do trades. 
Do route 7 search if missing Meowth and one of pidgey/oddish/growlithe (or missing all of pidgey/oddish/growlithe).
Silph PC: Get Blastoise, chding, clefairy, nidom, abra (if doing pewter), second bug (if have it).
(Do pewter after warden house. (Get second bug), Get diglett, swap abra for mime)
Swap bug to slot 1, fly to Viridian. 
If missing pidgey, search in route 1 now (get rat here too if missing it). 
Get remaining catches on way to e4. (Split train l22 nido on gyara is better than onix). 
Bruno: If not good hp setup then do Full Restore, Guard Spec, X Spec x2, X Speed
Lance: Spec + Bite x2 + Blizzard Gyara 
Get Ceru cave max elixer
