We already know the fastest way to beat the main Pokemon games. We also know which Pokemon is fastest to start with if you hack the starter. But what if you could hack not just the starter, but the moves it learns?

Rules:
- Hack one of the starter balls to be any Pokemon
- Fully customize the hacked Pokemon's DVs/IVs
- Fully customize the hacked Pokemon's learnset (including level-up moves and TM/HM compatibility)
- Use the same quality of life features from the Custom Starter ROMs. For Gen 1, this is:
	> Start with 6 Repels in the PC
	> Only Sandshrews are on Route 4
	> 100% catch rates for all Pokemon
