-Fight top hiker after Nugget Bridge on Vaporeon starts
-Swap BB with Thrash on Gambler and BB Growlithe
-Buy 11 X Accuracy, 5 X Speed, 3 X Attack, 4 X Special.
-Write Rock Slide over Bubblebeam
-Swap up Rare Candies, use Carbos, use 2 Rare Candies in Silph after Arbok (compare to the Koga 2 candy+surf menu) (Takes 15.5 Seconds) (Koga menu takes 16 Seconds)
-Silph Rival: X Acc, HD, HD, HD, EQ, HD (Saves a turn setting up X Speed, 5-6 seconds, more if you would have taken more damage and had to heal)
-Giovanni: X Attack, EQ x4  (You can skip X attack to play for a god fight because of the higher levels from candying early, but it's rarely faster than X Attack turn 1)
-Safari Zone after Giovanni then bike to Sabrina (Saves 1-2 seconds over flying from Celadon)
-Sabrina played as normal
-Koga's Juggler 1: EQ, Thrash (Guaranteed Thrash ranges on all pokes, you could play for 4 turn Thrash) (Saves 2 seconds, 3 if you get 4 turn Thrash)
-Koga fight played as normal
-Fly to Pallet Town after Warden
-Pallet Menu: Bike to the bottom left corner next to the wall and the water.  Repel, teach Surf, teach Strength, Candy x1 (drops slot for Blizz) compare to the repel+carbos menu in mansion but with no bike menu repels (Menu spends ~22 seconds in Pallet Town) (Repel+Carbos in Mansion takes 6 seconds)
-Get Blizzard (repel lasts to the exact tile), then Repel-> Teach Blizzard.  Skip mansion candies (10.5 Seconds saved) (Menu Takes 17 Seconds) compare to the blizz and hm04 menu in mansion (takes 22 seconds)
-Blaine before Erika, fight played as normal
-Erika fight played as normal
-Elixer when biking to Giovanni (Candy menuing costs 16 seconds)
-Giovanni: have to X Speed instead of X Special (EQ/Dig 93-110 at 9-11 DV Defense) (loses a small amount of time on Rhydon and Viridian Rival animations/text) (loses 1.5 seconds)
-Viridian Rival: Played as normal (Slash 52-62 at 9 DV Defense, 51-61 at 11 DV defense)
-3/4 of a Victory Road encounter on average (lose 8 seconds)
-Lorelei: Played as normal
-Swap bike with Full Restores and refill HD PP with Elixer
-Bruno: Blizz->X Acc (Die to Dig quite often otherwise)
-Agatha: EQ (get outsped, costs 3-4 seconds with reasonable good luck), X Spec, outspeed everything else
-Lance: fight is as normal (less chance to survive Hydro Pump+Hyper Beam)
-Champion: much more secure to get permanent redbar from EQ

Saves 20 seconds in a best case scenario and 10ish in an average run with acceptable luck.
