Menu at Strength Boulder:
Super Repel, Swap Last Elixer with rare candies, teach HMs, use elixer, use strength from menu, move boulder get candy. 
Walk out and fly to Pallet.

Mansion: 1 Tile in, super repel + candy to L44. Get both mansion candies. Dig out, fly to Cinnabar, use 2 candies then bike.
Blaine: EQ, EQ, EQ +IB/EQ (usually IB but EQ a bad roll plus no reflect- or just crit :D ).
