Pokémon Gold - Any% ID manip

Obeservations :
- Nearly always a 4 frame-input window : in such a window each frame between frame 0 & 3 will give the same ID

Main idea :
- During the 1st screen with Game Freaks years, hold B (frame-perfect-skips jingle)
- When the screen becomes white, hold A (frame-perfect-skips intro logo)
- When the menu shows up (New Game & Options), hold Down (tricky, only a 6-frame window)
- When the cursor shows up and scrolls down, hit A (tricky, only a 2-frame window)
- From here, only 1 frame matters :
	* when you hit A to select New Game

What to do (tested with BGB) :
- Use a timer set @ -15.01s (EonTimer is cool because it also blinks and sound pops - use 898 as the target frame)
- As soon as you hard reset, start the timer
- Do the introduction perfectly (as described above - no input inside the option menu will alter the ID)
- When the timer reaches 0.00s, press A on New Game
- The desired ID is 63635 (F8xx), so that means :
	* rename boxes 1-7 ONLY
	* teach Mud-Slap over Water Gun (better RNG-wise, but slightly slower than a D9xx or an F9xx)
