Enter the camping tent to set your fly-point, then fly to the West Motostoke Pokecenter and enter and exit it
Fly back to the campsite and see if Corvisquire is sitting on the rock; if it isn’t, repeat the previous step until it is
Make sure to save before encountering the Corvisquire then press either joystick down to attract its attention
To catch, you can either ember and hope for a burn or yoloball it; if you get a burn, you’re essentially guaranteed to catch it provided you heal at appropriate times (use heal balls)
After capture, switch Corvisquire to the front of your party, check its stats, and swap move slot 1 (Power Trip) with move slot 4 (Pluck)

Get 2x X-Defenses right of the entrance to mine
Pickup the Star Piece north, to the left of the minecart.
Follow the path until reaching the bridge.

After crossing the bridge, pickup hidden Ether on the left in front of the boxes.
Pickup 2 Super Potions before the next battle.

On the way out of the cave, pickup the Stardust to the left of the exit.
Pickup the hidden Rare Candy at south-east most rock.

Follow Yamper and pick up the 3x X Attacks just to the right of the end of the hill, then go off to the left branch to pickup hidden Leaf Stone.
Equip Sharp Beak and fly to center and head to the gym.
