(Requires leaving Omanyte in box 1)
(Then evolve safari pokes on one of the Brock fly menus)
Gastly Manip (Requires skipping dugtrio manip)
(Requires fully evolving bug, get Gastly, Magmar, Vulpix and Rattata/Pidgeotto/Tangela/Gengar/Fearow to party)
Shellder manip (requires skipping Doduo manip)
(gets 2-4 seafoam pokes to party)

Omanyte first with party space, unsure without.
Teach fly to Zapdos. not Pidgey (saves time from cries when depositing)
Maybe swap moon stones a little higher, old amber is useless after fossils
After evolving on first Brock-fly menu, flash ice heal to medicine jack.

Hooked metapod probably better than meowth manip if just want encounter. (Seems ~0.5 seconds slower than soft reset)
Evolving forest pokes early means poisoned pokes in party for Cerulean cave. (roughly even to deposit dratini and mankey)
Look more closely at early box 2 (If can save corrupt on Shellder manip, only one PC use needed with early box 2)
Seems pretty clearly good so long as SC works on Shellder.

Early box 2 pretty much forced since need to evolve oddish

Hooked Metapod strats in forest and on route 18
Can catch metapod after slowpoke, maybe on route 18 too (Tile above high level rhyhorn works)
Catch a Metapod using this at some point, probably not during forest as want Ekans in party.
Maybe Hooked Metapod instead of Dugtrio manip? Probably too many OWRBs if do. (Nope, hooked metapod crashes ear diglett's cave)

Delete party during Weezing manip.
Evolve safari pokes during first Brock-fly menu
Do Squirtle LG instead of Dratini
Evolve OWRBs, deposit 2, evolve LGs, deposit them, leave to Cerulean cave

Use 4 instead of CANCEL to JACK through bush after Growlithe.
Change to box 1 in moon center
Hooked Metapod after each Forest LG
Do Gif's Dragonair instead of Squirtle

Now have to toss more than 10 for silph warp
Use 4 instead of CANCEL to JACK through bush after Snorlax
Hooked metapod after each LG, tile above both Rhyhorn LGs work, left one needed for catch.
If didn't manip Doduo, change TID and delete party on Shellder manip
