Vermilion: 3 Supers, 3 Para Heals, 6 repels
Celadon:   3 X Attacks, 5 X Speeds, 25 X Specials, 4 X Accs and 2 Guard Spec. (-2 specs + 1att +1acc +1guardspec if MK lav rival)
Fuchsia:   11 Ultra Balls, 1 max repel (8 ultra 3 great if MK rival).
Island:    Sell vitamins, buy 17 Ultra Balls/Hypers (total), 6 Escape Ropes and 3 Max Repels
E4R1:      7 Full Restores, max max repels

- Pick the boy!. Get PC potion if have time. Second pass mart guy potion (unless turnframe tile encounter on first pass).
- L7 for Forest. Bubble x2 L4 bugs, otherwise Bubble once.
- Catch encountered pidgey/jiggly before spearow (leave after caught any bird). 
- Catch rat/ekans in r4 if encountered before spearow. 

Moon:
- Get Zubat, Get persim depending on stats/level of safety. Consider candy for super nerd if L17 after Rocket. (Current hp/speed iv). 

Ceru/Bridge:
- Ceru box heal + fix party. Candy twice for Misty. Do top nugget hiker. WP penultimate oddish if torrent. Get both PP items. 

Verm-Underground:
- Get candy on Vermilion entrance. Skip boat heal. Don't candy for boat rival!
- Set Vermillion warp point if you got viridian pikachu. Enter PP center if no pikachu. Set lavender warp if no pikachu. 
- Martha: Lead Bite (Can MK 30+ but consider PP).
  NO TORRENT - Bite turn 2 on top 8/16 rolls.
 YES TORRENT - Bite turn 2 on maxroll, MK turn 2 on minroll. WP the stuff in-between.
- Door grunts:
 - Do right to left if in torrent at 31 but will pop out at 32
 - Consider right to left if close to torrent (right ekans is 11/16 at 32, 10/16 at 31, left ekans 6/16 at 32- but this puts heal 
   potential arbok status on its own menu rather than on candy blastoise)
 
- Candy x3 to 36 for Giovanni. 
(Max ether WP)

- Power plant before pewter if both bugs (can consider edge case of pewter first so you have mr mime so you can weaken more tentacools 
  post-netball breakout and do pewter first anyway).
- Ponytaland early if have balls + slightly out of torrent.
