Q: What are you trying to accomplish?
A: Beat Pokemon Blue as quickly as possible without using glitches.

Q: How did you get a Machamp without using glitches?
A: This is a rom hack where Machampis the pokemon you receive from the Squirtle pokeball in Oak's Lab in the beginning cutscene of the game.

Q: What are you playing on?

Q: What is "red bar," and why is it important?
A: When your Pokemon is below 20.833% HP, its health bar turns red and a warning sound plays. While this sound is playing, the game does not pause to play certain other sounds, such as Pokemon cries and level-up jingles. Pokemon cries last about 0.9 seconds on average, and level-up jingles last 2.2 seconds.

Q: Why aren't you healing? Aren't you worried you might die?
A: In addition to the above information, Mewtwo is a very strong pokemon and is at little risk of dying. Also it is slow to heal when there is little no benefit.
