Head to the lab

Pick Totodile:
	Check stats. Need 12/11/10/10/9 at least, but should reset for better if going for a good time. Take off the berry and exit the lab

Route 29:
	Kill 6+ levels of encounters (2+4, 3+3, etc). Kill anything except metapod. Can kill any time between now and falkner.
Head to Mr. Pokemons house.
	Pick up hidden potion before house

Head down to rival:
	Chikorita: Leer, Scratch
Check stats at level 6. Make sure you have 12 special defense (10+ DV). If not, reset. 14 attack is also ideal, but not required.

Head back to lab.

Route 29:
	Catch a Sentret if you see it (Scratch + Ball)
	Continue to Route 30

Mikey:
	Pidgey: Rage if you have it. Otherwise scratch
	Ratatta: Rage/Scratch

Head up to Don and pause before him
	Equip berry, heal to 15+, call mom and say no.

(Don):
	Caterpie: Scratch if raged mikey, otherwise rage
	Caterpie Scratch/rage

Continue to Falker, catch a bellsprout if you see one (Scratch + Ball)

Abe:
	Spearow: Rage 

Heal + equip bitter berry if <10 HP, <13 if 13 DV speed

Rod:
	Rage whole fight

Heal (+ equip bitter berry) if <19 HP, <17 HP at level 9

Falkner:
	Rage whole fight HI QUE GL
