Important Notes:
  - The save must be buffered, unbuffered saves will result in the manip not working.
    > When getting an encounter on the save tile, you can buffer the start press after clearing the run away textbox, and the manip
      will still work.
  - Because the manip requires you to save with the Bug Catcher on screen, there will be a 1/128 chance of him turning during the
    manip, which will cause a failure.
  - The 2 common IGT0s are an early Pidgey (http://gunnermaniac.com/pokeworld?map=51#13/11) which only yoloballs with red or yellow
    hp bar color, and a yoloball failure on both hp-bar colors for the standard Pidgey encounter.
  - The yoloball will still work if you lose up to 2 frames in any hp bar color.
