* Skip Carbos unless needed for Sabrina, always outspeed Blaine
* Heal to 1 WA + 1 Dragon Rage into torrent, Equip BG here
* Rival 5: 1 X Spec, WP, Blizzard, Bite (+ Hit into torrent) + Surf (Blizzard if no torrent), Bite, WP
* Rival 6 Venusaur is 15/16 kill with Blizzard (Level 49)
* Lorelei: Bite + Surf Dewgong, Lapras might not die?

* If Sandshrew, can grab warden candy before Koga for L43
	- Use on second spinner pass.
	- WP + Surf Muk? Need to check heal range.
	- Surf is 100% for Weezing in torrent
	- Realigns with traditional EXP route for Rival 5
