1) Timing starts when creating a new file.
2) Timing ends when you touch the Coin at the end of the S Rank Battle Royal.
3) Saving and quitting (S + Q) is allowed.
4) Using Passwords is allowed.
5.A) Pokemon generated by a Password may be saved to the Wii Remote from a previous file.
5.B) Password Pokemon saved to the Wii Remote cannot have any additional Moves or Abilities that were not generated by the Password.
6.A) All emulators are hidden for this game by default (but still accepted) due to emulator inaccuracies.
6.B) The approved emulator is Dolphin 5.0. All other emulators are banned.
6.C) If using emulator, using save states and speedup for any reason is not allowed.
