Anywhere from 2-5 seconds (depends on Antidote Skip) faster to skip both shops. If this saved more time it could be worth it but not for the risk it adds. Could go riskier 4 potion  Pewter to skip RT rope, then saves 6-9 seconds, but thats even worse
