Option 1.

Fight top hiker on route 25
Fight dig rocket at 23, horn attack machop once for safety.
Candy after goldeen to 25, option save for misty and heal for redbar from bb.
Get IT and proceed as normal.
Fight gentleman before or after rival but don't use candy.
Don't save for oddish.
Get Ice Beam. And 2 revives.
Always go for silphbar. 
If you die to cubone, revive and elixir and x acc on cubone until redbar, otherwise manip redbar from rhyhorn.
Elixir before giovanni.
Get cycling road candy.
Fight Erika before Koga. -> EQ, Xspc/acc, IB/Drill
If low redbar, Candy to 43/44 for Hyno, hypno is ~70% to die to EQ at 43. 44 gets toxic.
X Acc Koga, Kill Weezing (if died to hypno, revert to boom strats.) 
Option to get warden candy. And Xspc Rival.
Get both mansion candies.
Eq blaine
Don't save, Eq x3 Blackbelt.
X Spc Rival
Eq Jynx
Agatha: Skip heal if redbar and x speed on arbok/golbat if frozen, if no redbar heal and get outsped by last gengar.
Lance: Go for tbolt range on gyara, revive if you die.
Champ: Normal

Option 2.
Do normal strats and fight gentleman.
Use the candy with the first repel in rock tunnel.
Always skip heal pad (and center?)
