Pokémon Gold Cyndaquil fddf manip (hold it)

*I still need to check if 13 speed doesn't affect the run. From looking through it very quickly it seemed that 13 speed is need to outspeed red's espeon, but i'll like to double check that

My first botted manip.

Same save spot as Toto manip.
Not sure abt IGT have to figure out what the mistake in the bot was, but there i guess that the IGT cluster is Frame 20-31.
Continue on Frame 45 on the practice rom.
My current Offset would be around:	11415.
