Use Max Ether on Horn Drill before Cubone
 
Snorlax Menu: use super repel then swap slot 4 for Rare Candy
 
Cycling Road: Pickup Rare Candy and PP UP
 
Post Cycling road: use super repel then swap slot 8 for X Speed then teach EQ (might need to change this)
 
Elixir on Weezing (can stall with 1 xacc or got to see what works)
 
Post Koga Candy Menu: use 3 candies then bike
 
Pallet Menu: use super repel, swap slot 4 for PP UP then teach surf
 
Blizzard Menu: teach strength then blizzard, then use super repel then use PP UP on Horn drill

Lance: X speed on 2nd Dragonair
 
Champion: X Spec, X Acc, Drill x6(if turn 1 sky attack use blizzard then EQ alakazam then x acc on rhydon)
