- Better odds with Great Ball / Nest Ball (can buy both in Hearthome - Great Ball only after Fantina)

  - Staravia : 16.8%      28.0%       33.7%/41.0% (L19/18)
- The first encounter will be the Lucky Egg Chansey.
  With a buffered movement after loading the save, you should always hit
    the yoloball frame/cluster if one in found on console.
- The second encounter will be the Staravia.
  There should be a buffered movement after catching Chansey.
  Since your execution can vary during the previous encounter battle, 
    you need to exit the previous battle at a specific timing (in order to
    have consistent overworld lag frames).
  The reference spot is when pressing "No" after renaming Chansey dialog.
