To make it clear, if a player A uses Fearow as an alt main (442 BST) and finishes in 4:00 and a player B uses Raticate (413 BST) and finishes in 4:20, the player B will win the bounty since Raticate has a worst BST than Fearow. Additionally, If there is a tie (as in same BST) the bounty will go to the lowest time.
