FRR2 with even more fun and routing... and Charizard is optimal!

STAT REQUIREMENTS:
- Mild or Rash; 25 Attack, 25 Sp. Atk, ~20 Speed (Defenses barely matter)
- Consider taking worse Attack or Speed

GENERAL
- Best places to candy:
	> L33-->34 (Flamethrower)
	> L35-->36 (Charizard)
- Fast free heals:
	> S.S. Anne (~11s)
	> Rock Tunnel center
	> Celadon Center
	> Silph Co. (6s)
	> Mom heal (~13s)
	> Any PC visit
	> Before E4R1
- Max Elixer locations: Route 17, Power Plant, Berry Forest, Indigo Plateau, Sevault Canyon

EARLY GAME
- Viridian Rival is terrible even though Squirtle doesn't have Bubble
	> Need to catch slave(s) because of Sand-Attack and Tail Whip
	> 13 IV speed ties Pidgey, 28 IV outspeeds
	> Can Growl Squirtle once or twice to reduce damage
- After that, extremely easy because you get the forest trainers for free
- Catch bugs, etc.
- Get Mega Punch
- PP route:
	> Pewter Center after Brock
	> Mt. Moon Ether on Ember
	> Cerulean Center
	> Vermilion Max Ether on Ember (need to Metal Claw/Mega Punch a bunch of pokes)
	> 3 candies to L34 for early Flamethrower (saves PP, turns, then SE/NVE text when you evolve)
	> Rock Tunnel center (box heal + deposit)
	> Elixer on last Rock Tunnel Repel menu
- Skip boat Brick Break
- Probably use both candies around L32 so you OHKO more stuff on the boat
- Do Misty late so you can OHKO everything as Charizard

MIDGAME
- Get Charcoal (might as well since it's free)
- Order:
	> Celadon Center (just set Teleport)
	> Tea
	> Rocket Hideout (buy 2000 coins; will have 320 left)
	> Surge
	> Celadon Mart (Teleport; skip 2F; buy 2 Fire Stones, 2 Leaf Stones, 15 X Specials and 1 Guard Spec.)

	> Routes 12-15 (127 PP needed)
	> TEACH RETURN OVER SCRATCH
	> Fuchsia Mart (Ultra Balls + Max Repels)

- Delay Erika so you save SE text and get more Speed EVs?
- Master Ball Zapdos since you have to fight a trainer near the Power Plant anyway (and it might help double battles?)
- Buy Dratini
	> Needs about $60000 extra
	> Takes 42 seconds if done late
	> Takes 34 if all purchases made late
	> Takes 92 seconds if you Fly back very late for Dratini + Scyther

LATE GAME
- 2 Max Elixers (and maybe E4R2 center)
- Level 100 stats are roughly 300/224/180/294/201/267
	> But you start E4R2 at L93-94 unless you use late candies
	> Candies might be worth it because you stop getting exp. gains + text (0.85s saved per poke)
- E4R1 moveset: Flamethrower/Ember/Wing Attack/Dragon Claw
	> Lorelei: +2
	> Bruno: All OHKOs
	> Agatha: All OHKOs
	> Lance: +2
	> Champion: Guard Spec., +3
