- raikou saves ~81 seconds in turns
- raikou saves ~12 seconds in cry length (cry is ~8 frames shorter)
- raikou saves ~12 seconds by skipping heal house
- raikou saves ~9 seconds by healing 1-2 fewer times in kanto (not counting red)
- raikou saves ~8 seconds by skipping kanto pp item
- raikou saves ~2 seconds by skipping blackthorn/goldenrod mart 2
- raikou loses ~54 seconds to getting hidden power
