Knowledge so far:
- First can is generated upon entering Vermilion City (works from the boat)
- Second can is generated sometime after entering the gym
- It is possible for different cans to be generated within 5 frames
- Doors on screen appear to cause movement lag
- It is possible to get different results when the 2 moving NPCs give the same pattern
