timing starts on menu open and ends on "A defeated Rocket", swap if successful tail whip or if knocked into Leech Life crit ko range, 4 horn attacks, 5hp squirtle (6 would work similarly, dying to 2 leech lifes, but I don't think it would die to 1 hitself) 1) 1:22.84 2) 1:16.25 3) 1:14.75 4) 57.22 (no swap) 5) 1:11.98 6) 59.31 (no swap) 7) 1:07.18 8) 1.11.10 9) 1:09.00 10) 1:10.87 11) 1:24.10 (np swap, potion use, risked hitself -> critical) 12) 1:26.94 (no swap, potion use, safer play) 13) 1:12.58 14) 1:14.71 15) 1:18.97 16) 58.85 (no swap) 17) 1:26.51 (lotta supersonic fails on squirtle) 18) 1:06.20 (no swap, potion use) 19) 1:10.57 20) 1:42.47 (no swap, gigatrolled 3x potion use, probably should have swapped to break confusion) Average: 1:14.12 Average with swap: 1:14.41 Notes: Standard 6 turn fight is about 1:03 with the same timing (including save) The times listed do not include the time needed to reset options after moon rocket (~1 second) Conclusion: Interesting strategy with 20/20 success rate so far being no joke. Pretty questionable if it is actually worth it versus just situationally swapping to a low health Squirtle. Important to note that just because you don't swap immediately doesn't disqualify you from swapping at all. Main advantage to doing it this way: No save (bit better top end) Slower fights are safer rather than riskier (Once you have TW 3 times with Squirtle it OHKOs with Horn Attack) Main disadvantage (other than the fact that requiring a low health Squirtle to actually happen in the first place makes this uncommon): Forced to play around criticals due to lack of save, allowing for more non-death trolling. This means it is probably slower in terms of low-end wins, and saving does not prevent you from swapping to Squirtle if need be (When already confused, hitself + crit is 5.2% which is generally agreed to be too likely if it would KO you)
