Howto: Keep decent track of how many turns/steps before the first encounter as well, it is an important indiciator. Make sure you start with turning up.

Magmar: 
Lvl 16 Male: 159 Steps
Lvl 16 Female: 88 Steps

Zubat:
Lvl 15 Male: 134 Steps

Koffing:
Lvl 16 Male: 76 Steps
Lvl 16 Female: 46 Steps (This can be wrong, but nothing can prevent that, and it's likely right.)
Note: If it took exactly 7 steps before first encounter, then it's a slightly higher chance to be wrong. In which case, you can instead go for a second encounter. It will either be a Lvl 14 Rattata M (92 steps), or a Lvl 14 Koffing M (56 steps)

Lvl 14 Male: 56 Steps (This can be wrong, but nothing can prevent that, and it's very likely right. If it is wrong, your RNG frame was also high anyway, so you probably deserved run over)
Lvl 14 Female: If exactly 4 steps before first encounter, then 17 steps. | If more than 4 steps before first encounter (5-10), then 106 steps.

Rattata:
Lvl 14 Female: You can potentially know it's the early one if the amount of steps before the first encounter is anything that ISN'T between 5-8 steps (it can be between 3-27)
If so: 121 Steps.
Otherwise: Take 10 steps. If you get an encounter (Lvl 14 Rat M), then 92 steps | If you do not get an encounter, then use a Repel, and take another 18 steps (28 total)

Lvl 14 Male: Take 10 steps. If you get an encounter (Lvl 16 Koff M), then 76 steps | If you do not get an encounter, then use a Repel, and take another 82 steps (92 total)
Note: You can additionally save time with identifiers based on steps for the first encounter to skip the Koffing. Not required, only time save.
If exactly 2 steps before first: 117 Steps.
If 13+ or exactly 8 steps before first: 116 Steps.
