Rules are somewhat difficult to make; central question is whether Poison Point should be banned. Allowing Poison Point seems reasonable since it is unintentional damage; however, it allows cheesing the Voltorb in Mt. Moon to save time leveling up Geodude. Thus, the ruleset could be "must use at least 1 super-effective move on every Pokemon that is defeated." This could still allow some cheesing with Toxic, but it likely wouldn't be worth it.

All of this is in addition to the main rule: "Moves that have the potential to cause non-super effective damage are not allowed."
