TiKevin83: then because you don't have thrash there's no reason to worry about fronting sabrina for extra EXP to buff Thrash for koga gym
TiKevin83: so you just Koga->Sabrina like normal
snorms: yo yeah, really value candy spot after koga that way
TiKevin83: okay so candy 3x after Koga and before sabrina
TiKevin83: sabrina before pallet
TiKevin83: drop item for blizz in pallet, repel and teach blizz, get candies but don't use them
TiKevin83: fight erika at L44 with Blizz
TiKevin83: fight Blaine at L45 and get L46 after Arcanine
TiKevin83: then you can candy 3x when biking to giovanni and revive ball strat to fix the bag

Other things to note:
Speed/Special DV needs for the champ fight with L56 at Sandslash (6 Speed needs 3 Carbos for X Spec, 7 Speeds needs 2 Carbos, 8 Speed needs 1 Carbos, 10 needed for no Carbos)  If Speed is 0-5, you need 9 Special to guarantee the Blizz range after X Speed.
Carbos lets 9 DV outspeed gengar 1 instead of 12 DV, lets 3 DV outspeed Rapidash at Blaine instead of 4
Bag Manip is much harder with Silph Scope and Lift Key in inventory
