Currently need IB because no R25 elixir. Has some timesaves + losses, and has some less risk.

Time Save Calculation: ~30 seconds.

Added risks in a vacuum compared to Late EQ + Silph Bar:
- Juggler 1 (19% to die)
- Juggler 2 (40%; normal strat is 23%)
- Sabrina (40%)
- Giovanni 2 (23%)
- Agatha (hard to calculate, but probably a few % points more)

TOTAL: 1 - [0.81 * 0.83 * 0.6 * 0.77] = ~69% chance of dying.
TOTAL (no silph red bar): 1 - [0.6 * 0.77] = ~54% chance of dying.


Standard for Risk: ((2.3 * Timesave ) / Risk) > 1

((2.3 * 25) / 69) = ~0.83

If save 30+ seconds then SFR is positive. Need to determine a more accurate and up to date time calculation.
