Rules:
- Beat the game using Kaizo rules (no heals, no 600+ BST mons, etc.)
- To prevent runners from spending dozens of hours hunting for the "perfect seed," all good seeds should be shared with anyone interested in running them.

- S.S. Anne trainers: Just fight 2 trainers (inc. L35) guarding Energy Root
- Route 10: Max Ether near girl next to Rock Tunnel + other side of Rock Tunnel
