so basically what this is is I listed out all these different offsets
each one is 25ms shifted further back each time
and I tested each one once
if I didn't hit my target timer0 first try I immediately moved on another 25ms to the next offset
then rinse repeat
if I do hit it 1st try I kept testing until I missed it
then eventually about 30 tries in I hit 2175/3675/9000, it worked 10 times in a row and so I just used that
obviously if I were to use the seed in runs I would want to make sure it's really good
