4 extra bike steps: +0.6
EQ menu: -0.65
Safari bike menu: +0.75
Safari menu skip: -1.84

So 1 repel safari loses 0.4 seconds on average and saves 1.14s top end and loses 5.86 in the worse case(not including the very rare double encounter)

The strategy allows you to free up 350 dollars which you can do a couple of things with
Either extra para heal + super repel(for snorlax menu(saves ~0.05s)) OR 2 extra para heals(so 4 total)
