1. Super Potion skip (saves 10s as a base)
	- Buy 7+ Potions
	- Sell Nugget in Vermilion
	- Don't buy Super Potions
	- Don't toss or sell Bide
	- Don't get underground Nugget
	- Always get Safari Full Restore
-	- Consider getting Victory Road Full Restore (faster than buying; slightly slower than SP x2)
	- Healing options (need to get through these fights with 2-3 FRs and ~3 Potions):
		> SURGE: Late Cerulean Center, Potion, or YOLO for red bar
		> GIOVANNI 1: Potion or YOLO
		> KOGA: Late Celadon Center or Full Restore
		> BLAINE: Mom heal, Full Restore, or YOLO

2. Faster/riskier Viridian Rival 
	- Kill the Sandslash right away (59% range with 15 DV; 69% to take no damage)
	- Go for Cloyster range (23%; 56% no damage) OR set up on Exeggcute (75% for a fast turn of no damage; 25% for Stun Spore hit)
	- Assuming you hit the Sandslash range, setting up on Exeggcute is 0.5s slower on average if damage taken is irrelevant
	- Cloyster has Withdraw/Aurora Beam/Clamp (Aurora Beam 61 dmg; Clamp 35 dmg each)
	- No reason to X Special on Vaporeon strats unless terrible Special (in which case Exeggcute is a range)

3. Blizzard strats (work in progress)
	- Eliminate VR Sandslash range on normal strats
	- Maybe couple with warden candy to get these levels:
		> 47 for Rapidash
		> 48 for Blackbelt
		> 48 for Dugtrio
		> 50 for Sandslash
		> 50 for Cloyster
		> 53 for first Gengar
		> 53 for Golbat (can die to Blizzard after X Speed)
		> 54 for Gyarados
		> 55 for second Dragonair

4. YOLO Blizzard strats (work in progress)
	- MAJOR TIME SAVES: Faster Ice TM pickup (9.4s), skip X Speed on Silph Rival (6s), Thrash animations instead of EQ (2s), skip X Special on Erika (7s), skip an Elixer/Mom heal/E4 center (6s)
	- MAJOR TIME LOSSES: L43 Mansion encounters (7s), 2 extra menus (4s), missing Blizzard (avg. 1 miss = 5.5s), Blizzard animation (1.9s), EQ animations (2.9s), selling TM34 (2s)
	- NET: 7.5s saved
	- Use with 14-15 DV Speed
	- Kill a Geodude in Mt. Moon
	- Skip Ice Beam and Rock Slide (get Rock Slide if in red bar)
	- Keep Thrash if good Attack, Bubblebeam if not
	- Celadon Center --> Silph --> Safari --> Sabrina --> Koga --> Erika --> Blaine
	- Candy twice to L36 for Silph Rival (outspeed Kadabra and skip X Speed)
	- Silph Jesse&James: Thrash Meowth if you kept it
	- Silph Giovanni: Normal strats, but can OHKO Persian and Nidoqueen through Growl. BB Rhyhorn if you kept it
	- Juggler 1: EQ, Thrash x3 with good Attack
	- Candy to L43 in Pallet (risk L43 mansion encounters; DSum to evade multiple)
	- Get Blizzard, teach it and candy to L45 in mansion
	- Beauty: Blizzard or Thrash
	- Erika: Blizzard, EQ x2
	- Cooltrainer: EQ
	- Blackbelt: X Special, EQ, TB, Blizzard (level mid-fight)
	- Giovanni: X Attack, EQ, X Special, EQ x3, Blizzard (using no Drills saves a PP item)
	- Viridian Rival: Blizzard x2, TB, EQ x3
	- Bruno: X Acc on Onix or go for the 90% Blizzard
	- Champ: Freeze or X Speed and go for Sandslash range at L54 (94% with 15 DV)
