Step 1: Grab all the Timer 0's you can from the game

Step 2: 5th Gen Time Finder -> Month 4, 8, 12 -> IVs: 31/30/29/x/29/31 -> Method: IVS (Standard Seed) -> Encounter Type: Wild Pokemon -> Encounter Slot: Any -> Nature/Ability: Any -> Min Frame 1 -> Max Frame 4

Step 3: Hit generate (this will likely take forever) then once it's finished making a list -> Right Click the list -> Output results to TXT -> Copy every single seed on that TXT file and paste it into this filter https://minnowsr.github.io/seed_filter/ 

(Don't copy the "Seed	Frame	HP	Atk	Def	SpA	SpD	Spe	Hidden	Power	Date\Time	Timer0	Keypresses" text at the top)

Step 4: Set the filter to -> Ability: 1 -> Encounter Slots: 9, 11 -> Nature: Adamant -> Min/Max Frame: 90-120  Everything else: Default

Step 5: Back to RNG Reporter -> Top right click: Researcher -> Common RNGs: BWRNG -> Custom 1: 16Bit High -> Fill in the blank next to the 16Bit High / with "656" without the " marks -> Everything else Default (DO NOT CHECKMARK HEX)

Step 6: Back to the 1st page of RNG Reporter -> Method: Gen 5 PIDRNG -> Everything else default

Step 7: In the 1st page of RNG Reporter, stick the Adamant seeds you find from the filter into the Seed (Hex) section.
Example: 8A481CBAD8C903E5

Step 8: Find the Adamant frame you found in the filter on each seed -> Scroll down 5 seeds and remember what frame number that seed is on.
Example: Adamant Frame = 92 -> 5 Frames below = 97

Step 9: Head back to the research section -> Stick the seed into the Researcher Seed(Hex) section and hit Generate -> Scroll down to the frame number that was 5 seeds below your Adamant frame

Step 10: Check the number that's under "Custom 1". If it's 50-54 this means Sawk has an item and you have a runnable Sawk! If it doesn't, keep searching until you get it.\



OTHER THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR

You want your seed to be night time so that you can use a Dusk Ball to catch Sawk (25% to catch at yellow HP without it)
